Dear World,

I’m going to write to you for the next year. Not you as a whole, but the people, places and entities that make you great.

Every day, for 365 days, I will take a photo and write an entry. These entries will rely heavily upon imagination and interpretation. The photos themselves will be art in the public domain. They will not always be pretty, and they will most certainly be California-centric, but they will always be real. Realish, anyway.

On that note, today’s photo was not taken by me because I needed a picture of a globe and I can’t step into a local classroom without being arrested as a child molester.
